The head drives the limbs
While the word is true, it is just wrong for some human beings to appoint the people in the positions to do the work in the church of God. No one has the authority to teach, exhort, or appoint anyone to do so. That authority is the head. The one who preaches or instructs should first be empowered by the Lord. Next, I should clearly understand that the Lord has called me to a certain position in the body of Christ. Then the Lord will perform the work of the Lord with the ability given by the Lord in the position given by the Lord. It is easily known to the community. It is his responsibility to depend on the Lord and use his gift.
