The head drives the limbs
While the word is true, it is just wrong for some human beings to appoint the people in the positions to do the work in the church of God. No one has the authority to teach, exhort, or appoint anyone to do so. That authority is the head. The one who preaches or instructs should first be empowered by the Lord. Next, I should clearly understand that the Lord has called me to a certain position in the body of Christ. Then the Lord will perform the work of the Lord with the ability given by the Lord in the position given by the Lord. It is easily known to the community. It is his responsibility to depend on the Lord and use his gift. What each of us must learn is to grow in personal fellowship with the Lord and understand His mind and know something in His body and the work He has appointed us to do and our place (at this time the body will quickly advance - beware. etc.). It is the head that directs and directs the work of every organ in the human body. Similarly, in the church which is the body of Christ, only the head should lead the members and carry out the works decided by him. The head uses the nervous system to make the organs of our body work. The nervous system extends from the head to every limb. Even in the congregation, which is a spiritual body The work of leading the members and making them move in order is done by Christ, the head, through the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit indwells each member and is united with Christ on high. So we can compare each part of the body with the head and unite us with the Lord to the nervous system and the Holy Spirit. If we do not grieve the Holy Spirit in us, the Holy Spirit will grieve us If kept in possession, under the leadership of the Lord Christ, the head of the congregation, it will stir up our hearts to engage in fruitful work in the service of the Lord. For the Holy Spirit to inspire us, we must be in a position of submission to Him so as not to grieve or quench the Spirit. Apo.ka. 13:1-5 gives a good example of how the head of the church leads the members by the Holy Spirit. While some prophets and preachers were serving the Lord in the church of Antioch, the Holy Spirit told Barnabas that he would set them apart for me for the work for which he had called Saul. Then the congregation showed their fellowship with them by fasting, praying, and laying hands on them. Therefore it is clearly written that they were sent by the Holy Spirit and came to Seleucia. This is God's order and way for all time.
